We noticed over the weekend that our water heater was leaking. We called first thing Monday morning, and they were at our house by 2:45 pm that afternoon. The technicians were very thorough and professional. They identified the problem and had it repaired in less than an hour. We appreciated that they were able to fit us in the same day we called!

I can not say enough good things about Advantage Plumbing. We were a few days away from our daughter's wedding at the house and we noticed a not so pleasant smell throughout the home. Mike came out, located the problem and set up immediate repairs. Everything was done and cleaned up before the wedding day!! We will continue to be repeat customers of Mike and Advantage Plumbing. Under the suggestion of my wife's manager I contacted Advantage Plumbing because the previous plumber I had did install our bathtub / shower but failed to complete the job leaving off the spout and shower head. Joe was very thorough and professional. He explained all that was done incorrectly and made suggestions on to correct them moving forward.

Gave Advantage Plumbing a call to get a quote for a gas water heater replacement. Mike called back and genuinely seemed concerned that I didn't have any hot water. It was a two-day wait until he and his crew could get out to the house. He answered all of my questions and was willing to talk through some of my concerns. He showed up earlier than the initial appointment and his associate wasn't far behind. They had the heater changed out in about an hour. Overall, I'm pleased with this experience and will likely work with Mike and Advantage again if future plumbing issues arise.

I know there are some complaint reviews on here, but honestly Advantage Plumbing is the easiest, most fair, and reliable plumber I've ever used. I was kind of upset to see the reviews were from charging a pretty small fee to trouble shoot a leaky pipe to installing homeowner provided equipment. I've worked with Advantage Plumbing for 3 years on several remodeling projects and others I complete as a general contractor. Advantage Plumbing has by a long shot been the most consistently priced (I've gotten other estimates from other plumbers on flips and remodel projects), fair, and diligent in response. They actually do the work. They are a small family run company who cares. If you have an issues, just call and give them more than a day to respond to the issue. They've always backed up my work. And I was originally referred to AP by two other homeowners who loved them. Your experience with owner Mike and company might not be perfect, but they'll make it right and do there best to make it right out the gate. I'm kind of obsessed with how great these guys are to work with. Instead of saying, "I wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to give 1---to these guys I'd give 10 stars, but I can only give 5."

We recently had some plumbing issues that we hired Advantage Plumbing to come and fix. Long story short, they did a great job for us, and even though they ended up having to spend more time than they originally thought they would, they still charged us the (very reasonable) amount they had quoted before work began. They easily could've tried jacking up the price, but they didn't. These folks are honest, and we'd be happy to hire them again. (BTW, I have no connection to Advantage other than being a one-time customer.)

Unlike Burton Plumbing and a couple of other companies I've had trouble with in the past, Advantage Plumbing is a good and honest company. I needed a hot water heater, and I looked at reviews of a lot of different companies, and this company seems to have the best reviews, so I gave them a call. Right from the start, the owner was available to talk with me the sort out if my old hot water heater was still under warranty. It wasn't. My situation wasn't simple since I needed an 80-gallon hot water heater, but they looked into it and found me one, and had it installed within a couple of days. Very pleased.
